Information we collect
When you submit the estimate request form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year/make/model, a description of the damage, your preferred timeframe, how you heard about us, and any photos you choose to upload. If you call or email us directly, we keep whatever information you share in that conversation.
Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics tools we use may automatically log standard technical information — pages visited, browser type, approximate location from IP address — for security and to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your estimate request, schedule your vehicle, communicate about the status of a repair, and — only with your authorization — coordinate with your insurance carrier or adjuster on a claim. Photos you upload are used solely to assess damage and prepare an estimate.
How we share it
We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to do the work you asked for — for example, with your insurance company when you've asked us to handle a claim, or with a parts or paint supplier as part of completing a repair. We may also share information if required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep estimate requests and repair records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, warranty and tax purposes, and take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required to keep) by emailing [email protected] or calling (781) 271-9110.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults arranging vehicle repair services and is not directed at children under 13.
